Evaluation Forms For Teachers Participating in the Nebraska 2005 Grants Programs

If you received a curriculum package recently from one of the Nebraska Centers, then you have been asked to help us fulfill the terms of the Excellence in Economic Education grant by completing an evaluation of those materials. The Nebraska Council on Economic Education must submit to the National Council on Economic Education teacher evaluations of the materials received. We ask that you complete both the data sheet and the evaluation form. If you have already completed the form in its paper version, you do not need to complete the online version. The personal information will be separated from the information sheet to preserve anonymity. Thank you for your assistance.
